Article 1. MasterCard Priceless Night ‘Club to Catwalk' at the V&A Museum 30 September 2013
MasterCard hosted their Priceless Night at the V&A museum exhibition ‘Club to Catwalk' celebrating 80's fashion, lifestyle and club culture. Guests were invited to participate in creative activities such as personalising white T-Shirts with their own designs and, having photos of themselves taken with 80's style props and accessories. DJ A Skitzo played a good mix of 80's classics while guests enjoyed cocktails & canapés and viewed an eclectic collection of retro outfits by leading designers in the exhibition galleries.
After a delicious light supper & sweet, the evening was rounded off by live music entertainment in the mezzanine gallery. An 80's tribute act performed two popular tracks from the New Romantic era Human League's ‘Don't You Want Me Baby' and ‘Girls on Film' by Duran Duran and even the mannequins were grooving to the music!
As MasterCard's guests we were privileged to have had the wonderful V&A museum exclusively to ourselves and were looked after like VIPs by the Priceless London team.

Article 2. Asiana Couture Catwalk Show at Grosvenor House Hotel 29 September 2013
Asiana Magazine has produced several glamorous bridal wear & couture shows over the years and Pukka PR has supported Asiana by covering and featuring some of their fashion shows on Pukka PR website. This time Asiana hosted their 2014 couture preview show in association with DVK, Madhus and support from various media outlets/businesses at Grosvenor House Hotel on 29 September '13.
During the drinks reception guests were given the opportunity to browse and purchase garments from various fashion houses followed by a catwalk showcase of Asian fashion & jewellery in the luxurious Great Room. Radio 1 DJ/TV Presenter Nihal Arthanayake and TV presenter Tasmin Lucia Khan introduced the fashion show featuring Kyles Collection, RDC London, Monga's, Parul Signature, Bombay Stores, Variety Silk House, Puneet Bhandal and diya. There were some stunning traditional elaborate costumes and saris as well as contemporary outfits within the colourful collections.
At the fashion show grand finale Supermodel Omar Borkan Al Gala made a special guest appearance during his first UK tour. Omar was then interviewed on stage by Nihal and Tasmin and was questioned about his relationship status and personal life. He was also asked about the truth behind the story that attracted worldwide media publicity earlier this year when he was supposedly asked to leave Saudi Arabia for being too handsome and attracting female attention. Although Omar didn't disclose the full facts as to why he was asked to leave Saudi he said that the story was blown out of context and he being asked to leave was more related to Visa issues and being ‘'in the wrong place at the wrong time.'' He told the audience his recreational interests are horse riding, poetry, photography and when the presenters asked ladies in the audience (even those with boyfriends/husbands) if they'd consider going on a date with Omar there were screams of excitement and several ladies were very willing!
After the fashion show/interviews finished, guests enjoyed a tasty Indian buffet meal provided by Madhus.
